Vaila is a 34 foot Moody built in 1985 (which makes her young by our standards)! We have owned her since 2008 and have had some fantastic sailing on the west coast of Scotland. We fancied slightly warmer weather though, so when we retired in 2013 we started our adventure to sail to the Med and are currently (2019) based in Kalamata  in the Peloponnese peninsula of Greece.

Vaila is very comfortable in all weather conditions and has proved to be a  strong, reliable boat. We survived 50+ knots of wind sailing in a meltemi and then the “Medicane” in the Aegean in September 2018.
